LEGO® Extravaganza
|
The Northern BC Lego club hosted the Lego Extravaganza III in conjunction with the Prince Gorge Library on Nov 17, 2007. This was our third semi-annual Extravaganza. During this event there was great interest in the next Extravaganza. Although a date has not yet been set, we expect this to be a semi-annual event happening every spring and fall. Watch for further information in the spring of 2008.

Northern BC Lego Club Has Been Formed
|
The Northern BC Lego Club held it's first meeting on Jan
28th, 2005.
Monthly meetings will be held where a short business meeting is held and then
we can all get down to some serious play. Typical events happening at a
meeting include:

Building contests
-
Show your new creations (MOC's)
-
Show your new purchases
-
Drafts - All participants buy a small set and they are then sorted into
respective pieces, and then each person gets to choose a pile of pieces that
they want.
Some of the areas that club members can be involved in are:

Bionicle

Harry Potter

Star Wars
-
Trains
-
Mindstorm
-
Games - Everything from Warhammer style games, to the X-Pod games.
